The Story Behind Kidsaurus Books
Kidsaurus Books was founded by Maryam Jamadi, a Pediatric Occupational Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting children’s development through her therapy center, Kidsaurus Therapy. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (Hons) from UiTM and has successfully completed her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (Developmental Disabilities). Inspired by the belief that therapy begins at home, Maryam Jamadi established Kidsaurus Books as an extension of her mission to empower parents with knowledge, tools, and confidence to support their child’s growth from the very start. At Kidsaurus Books, we create practical, evidence-informed books and resources for parents, caregivers, and educators. Our content is designed to be engaging, accessible, and grounded in developmental expertise because every parent has the potential to be their child’s first and most important therapist.

Kidsaurus Therapy was founded in 2017 with one mission in mind: to support every child’s unique developmental journey through compassionate, evidence-based pediatric therapy. What began as a small practice in Selayang has now grown into a trusted therapy center, with a second branch proudly opened in Melawati in 2024. With years of experience working with children of all abilities, Kidsaurus Therapy provides Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Early Intervention services that are personalized, engaging, and family-centered. Our philosophy is simple — therapy starts at home. We work closely with parents, empowering them with the tools and strategies they need to support their child’s progress beyond the therapy room. This same belief inspired the birth of Kidsaurus Books, our publishing arm dedicated to creating meaningful resources, guides, and children’s books that bridge therapy and everyday parenting.
